Attended by representatives from each partner. Following the meeting the partners will choose which institutions will be in the survey. Each partner must carry out the survey in three to four european countries. The opening meeting was a great succes as the questionaire is ready and research on institutions is underway. Phase 1 (one month)
The final questionnaire (.rtf(148k)) is finished by Partner 1 and 2 (the promoter and coordinator). Each partner must dedicate a couple of pages on their website to the project, where results, news and status of the project must be published. Partner 1 and 2 will be in charge of the main website of the project and will be gathering information and results from the other partners.
Phase 2 (six months)
The coordinator will send the final questionnaire to the partners. These again will each send it to the chosen institutions in three to four european countries. The questionnaire will also be at each partners website. Each partner is in charge of the gathering and analysis of the survey results, which will be sent to the coordinator. The coordinator will evaluate the results ans put them in a database, which will be publiced on each partners website.
Phase 3 (five months)
The final report on the survey is publiced on each partners website and sent to the institutions surveyed. At a four day meeting in Florence with representatives from each partner, the survey results will be discussed. Based on the results, the content of the Training Module will be discussed: Which needs should it cover, level, form, thematic structure, content, working method. The partners must make suggestions to the content according to their different compentencies and areas of knowledge. The coordinator will form a draft scheme of the content and in cooperation with the partners elaborate on the paedagogic structure. The coordinator will contact the software company, that will be in charge of the production of the CD-rom.
