Indvandrenet is a contributing partner in the 3-year Leonardo da Vinci Project 2005-2007.

The aim of the Leonardo da Vinci Project is to make multi-media training material available to executives in the field of intercultural communication.

Leonardo da Vinci is an international project backed by the EU and as such involves a host of european partners. Below is a brief description of the intended results of the project. A fuller, three-page description (.rtf(17k)) is also available.

Intended results of the project:

First year (Phases 1 through 3) A survey of existing training opportunities through the distribution of a detailed questionnaire. First draft of content for DVD/CD-ROM

Phases 4 and 5 (second year)
Evaluation seminars. Partners contribute content to prototype of CD/DVD-ROM which is then reviewed by external test groups

Phases 6 and 7 (third year)
Testing, evaluation and feedback. This will include experienced professionals and post-grad students. Release of CD/DVD-ROM followed by an international conference with international experts.
